I am a UX researcher who’s work has spanned across various industries including Saas, Telecommunications and fintech. 

I’m a firm believer that UX practices should span the whole lifecycle of a customer journey and should include all the touch points that a customer moves through. Product, web, and human assisted channels all contribute to a holistic customer experience. I help plan accordingly.
